Even the non-cooperation of the police and justice with their counterparts in Austria, for the arrest and extradition of Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtir, proves that the heads of the Albanian state do not allow action to be taken against those who do not want to arrest them, because they are involved with them in crimes, as is the case of Amant Josif of Call-Center and Trifon Murataj of "Bana King"...
We are starting with the "ping-pong" of the Albanian institutions, for the applicants who are in Dubai:
- On March 3, 2023, former minister Bledar Çuçi did not sign a SPAK resolution request to be sent to the State of the Emirates for the arrest and extradition of wanted persons hidden in Dubai.
- On March 30, 2023 in the parliament, Bledar Çuçi said that the United Emirates has been asked several times to sign the extradition agreement, but they have not accepted.
- On May 19, 2023, to the interest of the FBI, why Albania's request for extradition is not accepted as a NATO member country and a partner of the USA, the heads of Justice of the Emirates said that; Albania has not requested an extradition agreement, but according to them they are ready to sign it without conditions.
After the readiness of the Emirates, the Albanian side not only did not sign the extradition agreement, but refused it; a fact which was made public by the head of SPAK Altin Dumani on June 3, 2023.
Dumani said that the Albanian state blocked all investigative files of Albanians who hid in Dubai; according to him, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior and Interpol-Tirana refuse to sign an arrest and extradition agreement with the State of the Emirates.
On November 23, 2023, Minister Taulant Balla said that persons wanted by justice are in Dubai, but we will cooperate with the counterparts of the Emirates for their quick arrest and extradition.
Shortly after this statement by Minister Balla, Julian Meçaj, a member of the Durres gang and Denis Bajri of the "Metamorfoza" file group, were arrested in Dubai, and Florenc Çapja of Elbasan, Plarent Dervishi of the Durres gang and are in the process of being extradited. 6 more wanted.
But it is being silent about Amant Josif of Call-Center, Trifon Murataj of "Bana King", Arenc Myrtezan of Landfille and many people in search who are in Dubai and have family ties and interests with the heads of the dome of power in Albania.
The recent arrests in Dubai and the cooperation of the Police, Interpol-Tirana and SPAK with their counterparts in the Emirates without an agreement, proves that those who escaped in Dubai, did not buy the guarantee of immunity there, but from the top heads of power in Albania .
Bodies in Albania work with double standards, e.g. have not carried out any action for the arrest and extradition of Trifon Murataj of "Bana King", because in addition to being a financier of the SP, the cocaine traffic was carried out by leaders of the government and criminals who support the power of Edi Rama.
The most obvious favoritism is towards Amant Josif, Olsi Rama's partner in Call-Center; who, apart from SPAK and the Police, allowed him to escape before arresting him; refused to go to Dubai when Spanish Police agents arrested him.
