Analyst Enton Abilekaj said that at today's Summit in Tirana there was no offer for Ukraine, but only a resolution, which he called massacred by Serbia.
Abilekaj made the comments on the show "Now" on Euronews Albania, where he said that in the resolution signed today in Tirana, the culprit (Serbia) avoided the statement.
He also said that the ideas that Zelensky would announce the recognition of Kosovo from Tirana yesterday turned out to be illusions, since according to him, when the Ukrainian president went to Kiev, he thanked the Serbian president Aleksandër Vucic.
"We have several debates in our region. The first is an idea that Serbia is a country that, if pampered, can come out on the side of the West. And being integrated in the West, a solution will be found for both Kosovo and the region. To give this idea, the idea of the Open Balkans was created.
