Journalist Artan Hoxha has revealed new details from the scandal of the former mayor of Kukës, Safet Gjici, who is under investigation by SPAK.
In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha clarified that we are not only dealing with an erotic scandal, but there may also be corruption in the mayor's affair with the AK citizen and that this remains to be clarified by SPAK. He added that he was videotaped on the 6th, three days before he was sworn in on the 9th.

Artan Hoxha:It is an event that in Albania we say lasts three days. All that girl was attacked, who let her in, who is hiding, has gone out with Berisha, etc. In fact, the real story is what happened in the office of the mayor of Kukes. I was made aware of the video the day he was sworn in as mayor. The filming was done on June 6, three days before Gjic was sworn in as mayor. For 14 minutes, that girl entered the office, finished work, discussed a project for the castration and sterilization of street dogs, the mayor was called for this work, went to the office to receive orientation, was told that this matter will go to the Municipal Council and at minute 13 she leaves the municipality, gets into the car and the video ends there. The whole story happened in 13 minutes.

When we miss big things, who counts the dogs? Why did this happen today? During these three days, attention was diverted from the problem and they were dealing with secondary things. The problem is the misuse of power, the misuse of the premises of power, and then this must be verified. This video shows that what Gjici said is not true, so they did not have a relationship, but that it was done for this. That's why she went, to get funds. She says I received this tender in Librazhd and says I am an environmentalist, animal protection activist. She told me to take this project, knowing that Kukësi has this problem. But this remains at the tentative stage.
The video was recorded on the 6th, the oath took place on the 9th. It was said that it would be passed to the Council, but it was not possible to hold the second meeting.
