"Who and how was the lot drawn? The KPK replied to me that the acts that we have in your file have been made available to you. There are 2,955 sheets, of these documents the minutes of the draw are missing. I asked them specifically and they told me you have the complete documents. This shows that the KPK has committed an act without lot ," said former judge Tritan Hamitaj.
