Kreshnik Spahiu: Albania should tear up the decriminalization law, if Beleri is mandated by the EP

Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu has spoken about Fredi Beleri's swearing in as an MEP.

He said that if Beleri will be mandated by the European Parliament, then according to him, Albania should tear up the decriminalization law.

"When Beleri demanded the oath, he was in custody, now he is a prisoner and has served nearly 80 percent of his sentence, and he now has 3 months left, and for many prisoners who have served more than 4/5 of the sentence, not only leave is provided, but also conditional release, I think that in the future there will be a suspension of the suspension of the decision.
