According to the latest bulletin of the Institute of Geosciences (IGJEO), the country appears to be free from natural phenomena for today (April 19), while light rainfall is expected only in two southern districts.
Light rain is expected in the Gjirokastër and Vlorë regions. No rain is expected in all other regions.
According to data, the amount of precipitation remains at low levels, without creating conditions for hydrometeorological problems.
The IGJEO assessment results in the following: no risk of forest fires is predicted throughout the territory, and no risks of flooding, landslides or other hydrological phenomena are reported.
This data classifies the situation at the "no risk" level for most regions.
For Sunday, temperatures are expected to be:
On the coast: 13 – 22°C
In low areas: 8 – 24°C
In mountainous areas: 5 – 19°C
Temperatures appear typical for the spring season, without extreme fluctuations.
The wind is expected to blow light to moderate throughout the country, while in brief moments it may be stronger in coastal areas and in the north.
