Yesterday's protest saw violence and clashes between police, protesters and Democratic MPs. Some of whom were transported to the hospital due to the violence used, tear gas and pepper spray thrown at them.
The photo below also shows the model of pepper spray used by the police during the protest to disperse protesters during the rally held in front of the Prime Minister's Office.
In connection with the protest, the police arrested 11 people, while 15 others were criminally prosecuted, among whom were DP MP Klevis Balliu and Aulon Kalaja.
The arrested are: Klemend Çuçka, Bujar Tusha, Henri Shapllo, Mirvet Toçilla, Igball Domi, Semi Bici, Bardhyl Ndou, Gentjan Tuga, Edison Shyti, Sokol Bajraktari and Ernest Kapo, where 6 of them, the police say, were caught red-handed with Molotov cocktails. According to the police, 5 police officers were injured during the rally.
