Everywhere shopping, extortion, stunts and corruption. Even the Albanian Adoption Committee headed by Alma Laçin has not escaped the swamp of abuses and bargaining with the adoption of children.
According to several denunciations referred to Prapaskena, the head of the Adoption Committee, Alma Laçi, has turned into a 'corruption sucker', making bargains with the adoption of children according to and contrary to legal provisions.
If before, the price to adopt a child was 5 thousand euros, Alma Laçi has increased it to 10 thousand euros, regardless of whether the couple of partners meets all the conditions for the adoption of the abandoned child.
While Alma Laçi pickets the child to sell as in the Middle Ages, her husband Kiço Laçi, known as the children's hawk, goes around Tirana looking for customers.
The hawk Kiço Laçi appears in bars and hideaways of Tirana, shopping with potential customers, while his wife, Alma Laçi, closes the papers finalizing the adoption procedure.
There are strong suspicions that the couple Kiço and Alma Laçi are also involved in child trafficking and have sold children to foreign citizens, suspicious characters and incriminated elements.
During this year, Alma Laçi adopted 34 children, most of them abroad. Today, their fate is unknown, whether they were trafficked or adopted.
With 34 children, Alma Laçi pocketed tens of thousands of euros. Tender abuses are another story, which we will talk about later. (in front)
