Analyst Mentor Nazarko says that SPAK has respected the law regarding the investigation of Constitutional Court judges.
On the "Real Story" show on ABC News, Nazarko stated that if the opposite were to happen, SPAK would be negatively exposed to public and international opinion.
" Of course, but from the perspective of public interest, you are right. There are several meters. The moral meter, not that it is unimportant, but the meter of public interest, constitutional, procedural, legal must be seen. These are the measurements that are made. I am sure that in relation to this issue, SPAK has tried to respect the law and the constitution, because it would be an issue that would expose it negatively, not only in front of public opinion, but also to the international factor. Acting in violation of the procedure, the law, the constitution, against an important institution like the Constitutional Court, is a truly serious act. I think that SPAK has tried to respect it on paper, acting within the legal space. I am sure that it has respected what the law is. If the Constitutional Court had the most minimal evidence, it would have acted differently ," he emphasized.
