1. Vlora Cadastre is permanently closed/ Employees who are not transferred are ordered to leave their jobs
This Monday, the decision to transfer the structure to Tirana and Fier came into effect despite strong opposition from employees and citizens.
Part of the staff has been relocated to Tirana today, while another part has been transferred to Fier.
According to sources, employees who have not accepted either of these two options will be dismissed.
Meanwhile, there are still some employees in the office, who are preparing the final files for the transfer to Tirana, thus marking the final closure of one of the most important institutions for the city of Vlora.
Prime Minister Edi Rama also reacted yesterday to the merger of the Vlora Cadastre.
In his podcast "Flasim", Rama described the merger of the cadastre as misinterpreted information, causing tension and unnecessary discussions, according to him.
Although the cadastre was merged without a clear announcement and motive, for Edi Rama this is something that should not be discussed, while he has warned of the merger of all offices in the districts.
2/ Hearing at the GJKKO for Veliaj/ Will the SPAK file go to trial or not?
Today, the next preliminary hearing for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, who has been in prison custody since February 2025 at the request of SPAK, will be held at the GJKKO. The hearing is expected to start at around 11:00, and this is a continuation of previous hearings in the framework of the evaluation of the file.
The Special Prosecution Office has forwarded the file for trial to the Criminal Court of Kosovo, but there is still no decision from the judge on whether the case will proceed or not.
Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, as well as 28 other people and companies, part of the file, have also been sent for trial.
SPAK has listed 13 charges against Veliaj, such as passive corruption, money laundering, failure to declare assets, abuse of office, and bringing items into prison.
The majority of the charges are of passive corruption committed in 9 cases, in relation to several companies that SPAK says received irregular benefits in the form of monetary sums and real estate, which in turn received construction permits and public funds from the Municipality of Tirana.
His wife, Ajola Xoxa, is also accused by SPAK of passive corruption in 9 cases in relation to commercial entities and non-profit organizations, the same as Erion Veliaj.

4-Refuzuan shkarkimin e Irena Gjokës/ Berisha publikon emrat e 6 anëtarëve të KLGJ: Këta nuk kanë turp
Kreu demokrat Sali Berisha i ka konsideruar anëtarët e KLGJ-së më kriminelë se Irena Gjoka apo Irena me 5 mbiemra, sikundër ai e cilëson gjyqtaren e GJKKO-së, e cila sipas dokumenteve zyrtare rezulton e dënuar në Greqi, por që nuk i ka deklaruar në formularin e dekriminalizimit.
Berisha tha se anëtarët e KLGJ-së, që refuzuan shkarkimin e Irena Gjokës, janë skllevër të regjimit dhe të Edi Ramës.
“Këta turp nuk kanë, por unë këtu do i emërtoj. Me votat e Yllka Rupës, Ridvan Hados, Markelien Koçaj, Emona Muçi, Klodian Kurushi dhe kreut të tij, Ilir Rusi, me 6 vota, refuzuan apo vendosën mospranimin e nisjes së procedurave për verifikimin dhe shpalljen e papajtueshmërisë së mandatit me famozen Irena Gjoka.
Këta persona, të cilët shkelmojnë mbi një seri dokumentesh zyrtare shqiptare dhe ndërkombëtare, dokumente të cilat i ndërpresin automatikisht mandatin Irena Gjokës, këta janë më kriminelë se vetë Irena.
Këta janë turpi i njeriut, turpi i nëpunësit, turpi i shqiptarit. Këta janë skllevër të këtij regjimi dhe të Edi Ramës.
Sa për dijeni, Irena me 5 mbiemra është një shoqe në shpirt me Lindën e Surrelit, përveçse këshilltare e Gys Agasit. E faktuar vizitat e saj. Ka rrezik edhe ndonjëri prej jush këtu i ka parë videot në dosjen e Ergys Agasit se si serbezja hyn dhe del në zyrën mafioze të Agasit.

Kjo nuk ka ndodhur kurrë në histori, sado absolutisht të palavdishme të KLGJ-ve të kryesuara nga presidentët, se unë nuk i mbroj defektet që kanë pasur, por kurrë kjo nuk mund të imagjinohej.
Nuk mund të imagjinohej të shkelmoheshin ligjet në këtë mënyrë”, tha Berisha.

Prime Minister Edi Rama started the day with an attack on the judiciary, referring to the request to the Constitutional Court of two judges' associations for a salary increase.
In a video message on social media, Rama raises the question of how judges can increase their salaries from 2,000 to 3,000 Euros per month!
Rama states that judges' salaries today are the same as judges' salaries in Greece and twice as high as in North Macedonia and Montenegro.
In his video message, Rama mocks those who addressed the Constitutional Court, emphasizing that the logic of those demanding a salary increase leaves much to be desired. Rama stated that through this new request for a salary increase, the cost to the state budget is a full 37 million euros, while adding that as time is showing, "judges and prosecutors have turned into our own god and our own stick."
The Prime Minister also had a warning for the Constitutional Court, which he said he hoped would not approve such a request, as otherwise it would force the Government and the majority to find other remedies.
