The Ministry of Education has reacted after material broadcast on the investigative show "Stop", which alleged that a primary education teacher at the "Isa Boletini" school in Kamza displayed inappropriate and unacceptable behavior towards students.
In her communications with students, she uses harsh labels such as "stupid", "idiots", "uneducated", "fools", and even goes as far as extreme expressions such as "die" or "kill yourself".
According to the ministry, immediately after the case was published, the Tirana Regional Directorate of Pre-University Education set up a working group to fully monitor the situation. The group held meetings with school principals, psychologists and parents of the students involved.
By decision dated May 6, 2026, the teacher was suspended from duty and was not allowed to enter the school premises until the completion of administrative and institutional procedures.
The ministry also announces that the school's directorate is preparing a report to the competent authorities, while the "Stop" show will be officially requested to make available the footage for a full verification of the case.
In its public response, the Ministry of Education condemns any action that violates the safety, well-being and dignity of students in educational institutions. It emphasizes that behaviors that conflict with professional ethics and the responsibility of the teaching profession are unacceptable.
The Ministry expressed gratitude to the media for reporting the case and underlined that it remains committed to ensuring a safe, healthy and educational environment for every student.
