Gramosi thinks that his older brother, Ferjati, stole. That's why he brought him to "See You in Court". In a brief explanation he gives when he enters the studio of "Dielë Shqiptare" on Tv Klan, Gramosi says that the four brothers had a property and today none of them are listed. According to him, Ferjati has sold this property, but the latter objects. As soon as the mediation session begins, he revolts against his brother and goes to his table with a bunch of documents to prove that he did not steal.
In 1993, a declaration was made between the family members, the boys' father, Nasibi, Ferjat, their cousin, Myzafer, and their aunt. The declaration divided the canteen in Mallakastër where Myzafer worked, and according to the law of the time, the employees had the right to privatize the buildings where they had worked first.
Half of the privatization amount was given by Nasibiu, where Ferjati also participated. Today the brothers say that they do not know where the property went because they are convinced that the older brother and Myzaferi sold it. To explain the whole situation, a telephone connection with Myzaferi is made in the “Albanian Sunday” column on Tv Klan.
He explains two main things that clarify Gramosi's claims that Ferjati stole: the property was divided 3:2, with 3 parts belonging to their cousin and 2 to their brother. Ferjati is not listed because Myzaferi himself does not yet have an ownership certificate, but he promises that as soon as he does, he will transfer his share to them.
The debate
Gramos: In '92, my father bought a property for the four of us together. As he did, with papers and everything, the four of us are listed. Today, not only we are not listed, but he is too. Today, this big brother of ours, has sold it or done something with the property, with that other owner who took it. I don't need it. I need it with papers, as my father did, as it was stated in the paper, that's how I want it, with papers even today.
Ferjat: I didn't steal my brothers' property because I have it in my file! Look at it! Do you know how to read or not?
Gramos: I don't care!
Ferjat: This letter we made here, look at what it says!
Gramos: I don't care!
Ferjat: You should read that I don't take your father's and brother's property! I took you in when you were 14 and raised you!
Gramos: Where do you have it?
Ferjat: Here you have it, the camera can read it here! Here's the money we've paid, 900 thousand lek! Here's the layout plan! You're welcome!
Gramos: I don't care, it's up to you to deceive us! Not only me, but you deceived the other two brothers too!
Ferjat: You couldn't have invited me to your house, to have a coffee with my father, mother and brothers, but I'm falling for you here and there?! You're welcome! I raised you! I don't eat your and my father's property because my father and brothers barely raised me!
