A 40-year-old man from Vlora, a person with numerous criminal records in Albania, has been arrested by the Greek police after being accused of "robbery and serious damage on a continuous basis".
Stiliano Arizi was arrested in Greece after two incidents that took place on "Kordeliou 41" and "Kordeliou 43" streets in Athens. Specifically, he entered the apartment of the 86-year-old Greek M. S. and took her valuables under the influence of violence. Then he entered the apartment of her daughter, 66-year-old A. P., where he threatened her and again took valuables.
According to the testimony of the 86-year-old, she experienced moments of horror. The 40-year-old Albanian barbarically raped her, causing bruises on her body and face, and threatened to kill her if she notified the police. He took all the jewelry that the old woman had at home.
"I hear the shutters and see a boy in front of me. He sits on the bed and takes my gold. He turns the house upside down and says "I want money and gold", the 86-year-old told "Protothema.gr".
"He tells me 'be careful, don't go to the police because tomorrow I will be here again and I will kill you.' I say 'please my son, do you have a mother? do you have a father, go away, please.' He wanted to put me to bed. I was afraid that he would kill me", says the elderly woman.
After leaving the house, the bleeding elderly woman went to the house next door, where her daughter lives, to tell her what had happened. There, the elderly woman again saw the robber who had entered the house and was threatening her child this time. The two women, after giving him all the gold they had in the apartment, managed to trap him and alert the Police. A few hours later, the police found the perpetrator and put him in handcuffs.
Stiliano Arizi was arrested in October 2016 in Tërbaç of Vlora with over 25 kg of marijuana. Then in August 2018 he was arrested in Vlora accused of 5 thefts. He is currently on trial in Vlora for the criminal offense of "domestic violence".
