Journalist Xhevahir Zhabina commented this evening on the latest developments regarding the Fatbardh Lici murder case, for which Safet Bajri, Astmer Bilali and Bajri's girlfriend are accused.
Zhabina, on the 'Open' show on News24, emphasized that it is confirmed that Bajri and Bilali were in Shkodra on August 10, 2018, and that Bajri's girlfriend was also at the scene, driving a car used by Bajri.
Regarding the investigations, Zhabina noted that the file has not brought any new evidence and that the case was solved by the Shkodra Prosecution Office since 2018. He expressed doubts that SPAK may have more information, emphasizing that if it comes with such a file, it will be difficult to send anything to the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime. Zhabina believes that SPAK may have no hidden information and that the investigations will continue.
