What is happening with the January 21 file? Lawyer reveals details: SPAK is scanning every person

The January 21 file that is in the hands of SPAK is considered one of the hot issues that the Special Prosecution Office must answer, even though 14 years have passed since the event where 14 protesters were killed.

Lawyer Edmond Petraj revealed in the Report TV studio what stage these investigations are at.

" On January 21, SPAK is scanning every person involved. Plus, the audio is being analyzed by experts who are going through a real scanner to determine the authenticity of that interception, even though it was not taken legally. If the voices are proven, then we have evidence being erased, we have the removal of the surrounding wall, the railings, which were ricocheting and killing various people," says Petraj.
