Security expert, Fatjon Softa, said that in the event in Shkodër where one person was killed, but also in other events, there was self-judgment.
Softa said that self-judgment is a disturbing phenomenon in society and this, according to him, is a cause of distrust towards law-enforcement institutions.
"Such events carry what we call the high level of conflicts that exists and carries within society, but at the same time also different criminal activities where from time to time clashes between criminal groups, or revenge and violence in the family, so all these constitute what we call the level of criminality and concern for public safety.
Not only this event but also other events have had self-judgment. Or they used violence for revenge, as were the recent cases where strong objects were used for revenge due to old conflicts they had.
This seems to have become a disturbing phenomenon in society. Or because of the lack of trust in the law enforcement institutions and their lack of quick reaction regarding the arrest of the perpetrators" , said Softa in Ora News.
