Does he intend to tell us tomorrow that the responsibility lies with the
Edi Rama and the new minister Adea Pirdeni /

In any case, the responsibility remains with the Prime Minister

Prime Minister Edi Rama has sent to the President of the Republic Bajram Begaj to sign the decree for the creation of a new ministry, this time uniting Public Administration and Anticorruption.

Speaking about anti-corruption, Rama says that "it is right that the government's anti-corruption policies are better harmonized between the executive institutions, with the demands of the challenging process of negotiations with the EU for all the country's institutions, as well as with the civil society itself. entrepreneurship".

And for this, Rama has created the Ministry of Anticorruption and Public Administration in his government cabinet. At the head of this Ministry, Adea Pirdenin has been proposed.

While the state has other bodies such as the High State Control or the Special Prosecutor's Office, which intensively perform this work, the creation of the Ministry of Anticorruption and Public Administration, however, finally forces the prime minister to give up the theory of the irresponsibility of "the leader who he doesn't see his friends eating pears and figs behind his back" and says that "responsibility is individual"...

Europe, where we have started, requires a special focus and priority from a prime minister in the fight against corruption and the improvement of public administration.

The creation of this special ministry, more than to serve the deepening of efforts in these areas for the more effective coordination of anti-corruption measures and the improvement of the administration, seems to have been proposed to, from now on, directly include our prime minister in legal liability. Now he should forget the phrase "responsibility is personal"... But does he intend to tell us that the responsibility is the Minister of Anticorruption?

The establishment of a new structure such as the Anticorruption Ministry by a prime minister who has almost half of the cabinet under accusation of corruption can also be interpreted as an action that tends to confuse the responsibilities between his ministry and other law enforcement bodies such as the KLSH or SPAK.

If Rama takes this to heart, at the very least, it would testify to pure demagoguery on his part to justify the catastrophic situation of corruption in the administration...

Also, in such a context, the creation of an Anticorruption Ministry by a prime minister fully responsible for the flagrant situation, can also be seen as an uncertain and suspicious move to pass on the responsibility to Adea Pirdeni, the new minister born in October 1983... This, then, can escalate the views of his critics and be considered as another attempt to avoid the individual responsibility of the individual himself, Prime Minister Edi Rama./ Pamphlet
