Assisted by session secretary Bora TOTOLAKU, today on 20.10.2023, took into consideration, in the counseling room, criminal request No. 410 Register, with parties:
APPLICANT: The Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime, represented in the submission of the request, by prosecutor Enkeleda Millonai.
PURPOSE: 1. Placement of preventive seizure on the following items:
1) The sum of 63 657.10 euros found in the bank account at Bank Union in euro currency with no. 11339896465... on behalf of the citizen Jamarbër Malltezi;
2) The sum of 2 699 408.46 lek found in the bank account at OTP Bank in lek currency with no. 0000002758... on behalf of the citizen Jamarbër Malltezi:
3) The amount of USD 29,259.43 found in the bank account at Intesa San Paolo Bank in USD currency with no. 402018351... on behalf of citizen Jamarbër Malltezi:
4) The sum of 62,018.49 euros found in the Bank account at Intesa San Paolo Bank in Euro currency with no. 40201835... on behalf of the citizen Jamarbër Malltezi;
5) The sum of 45,705.66 euros found in the Bank account at Intesa San Paolo Bank in Euro currency with no. 40201838... in the name of the citizen Jamarbër Malltezi;
6) The sum of 26 492.72 euros found in the Bank account at the National Commercial Bank in Euro currency with no. 403592..., in the name of citizen Jamarbër Malltezi.
