The police of Shkodra solved the crime in the village of Dragoç in Postriba. Two brothers Arjon and Klisman Hasaj have been arrested for the execution of Ramazan Mataj.
According to the police, the perpetrator who allegedly fired the gun is Arjon Hasaj. The reason for this event is suspected to be the actions of Ramazan Mataj, who, according to the Police, had influenced the breakdown of the marital relations of the author's sister.
The security expert described the unraveling of the crime in question as good work. He emphasizes that such events are easier to unravel compared to mafia assassinations, since the latter carry out actions with sophisticated methods.
"There were more than two people in this assassination, the suspected perpetrator and his brother, but also two other people who are wanted and have been identified and who were part of this assassination. In the events of the criminal groups, they were more careful and sophisticated, the perpetrators were masked, they burned the weapons and the cars", he said in "News Line".
Furthermore, he affirmed that the weapon found buried in the yard of the Hasaj brothers' apartment will be subjected to expertise to prove whether it was used in other criminal events or not.
"The crime weapon and the cartridges will be compared to see if this weapon has been used in other incidents or not. The police is a structure in which everything does not change, but the leaders also have their management skills", said Softa.
