The counting process has already begun in Tepelena, where initially there were problems regarding the number of members in the commissions at the polling stations. Sources report that the process began after the necessary quorum was met.
The innovation for the Tepelena Municipality is the use of Artificial Intelligence for the vote counting process.
This will be an experimental process and the result from AI will not be taken into account, but it will be seen how it will proceed in other elections. So we will have two counting processes, the traditional one and the one from Artificial Intelligence.
We recall that Gramoz Sako from the Socialist Party is running in Tepelena, while the Democratic Party supports the independent candidate Gabriel Guma.
