A few days ago, the show "Stop" on TV Klan showed how Lushnja lawyer Klotilda Kola had defrauded several citizens, taking their money without completing any work. At the Lushnja Chamber of Lawyers, the president Kozma Jano said that Klotilda Kola has been without a license and has not been registered with the tax authorities for more than 8 years.
She has practiced her profession illegally and has deceived and stolen from citizens, all this time.
The editorial office of "Stop" has received more complaints about Ms. Kola. She has also deceived 4 families of a tribe to obtain property certificates in Lushnja. After they made the payments, she kept them in hope, until the day she closed the office and suddenly disappeared.
This time, Armando Boçi, the owner of the store where Klotilda worked, complained to "Stop". Armando says that Klotilda has left, leaving the rent and electricity unpaid.
Her contract ended in May, but she disappeared in April, taking the keys to the office with her. Many people, deceived by her, try to tear down the door in protest.
"I am the owner of this entity, which I bought. I have both regular employees, they are on regular contracts. The contracts are for one year. I have a contract with lawyer Klotilda Kola that ended on May 31. The lawyer left on April 17, took the keys, left the files here and I have no contact. I have a couple of numbers that ring on my phone and they are unavailable all the time. My problem is that I want my property back, because I have ended the contract with this lady. I am owed two months to pay, I also have this electricity bill, which my father went and paid today. These are the months, March, April, May, a total of about 50 thousand old lek. Clients have come here who try to break the glass and cause me damage. I have filed endless complaints about this person with the police," said the complainant.
"Stop" addressed the Fier Police, which officially stated that the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Lushnja Police Commissariat have carried out all the actions and have referred the procedural materials to the Fier Prosecutor's Office. Meanwhile, Klotilda Kola has been declared wanted and work is being done to locate and find her.
