SPAK created a special "Task Force", divided into 12 groups of prosecutors and agents of the National Bureau of Investigation, engaged in the 12 regions of the country, with the aim of collecting complaints, tracking, detecting and cracking down on electoral crimes, during the campaign and on election day.
Altin Dumani's decision is to be welcomed, but electoral crimes have been openly committed for a long time, by businessmen with interests tied to the SP government, committing organized electoral crime, with vote-gathering campaigns through spending millions of euros.
The businessman who is committing this apparent electoral crime in favor of the ruling party is Ylli Gjon Ujka, who according to the Civil Status Registry is an Albanian citizen and resides in Lezha.
He has joined Prime Minister Edi Rama and ministers, with campaign funding and gifts, given to Albanians in several states, to vote for the SP on May 11th.
According to data from the company "Meta", the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, it turns out that Ylli Ujka and his companies are committing electoral crimes in favor of votes for the government.
He has become part of Edi Rama's electoral tour of SP leaders in several countries, organizing, financing, and promoting meetings and advertising them, calling on them to vote for the SP.
On the official website of the Socialist Party and Prime Minister Edi Rama, the groups that accompany him outside Albania, and even singers paid by Ylli Ujka, are not declaring the funding made.
Ylli Ujka is conducting this campaign for the Socialist Party with his two companies, "Cambria Marketing Srl" and "1001 Solutions", and he has even been present alongside the Prime Minister and Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, at the tribunes of electoral meetings in several cities in Italy.
He has also financed and advertised Edi Rama's SP meetings in England, Greece, Germany and the USA, which, according to the law, are electoral crimes committed by the businessman with activities in Albania.

In exchange, Ylli Ujka has received building permits for towers, palaces, resorts, and has had spaces created for him in municipalities, prefectures, cadastres, and is allowed by the police to plunder land, plots, and forests for investments with which he launders billions from the criminal world.
With Decision No. 11, dated July 23, 2024, Edi Rama granted the "Strategic Investor" permit to Ylli Ujka's "X One Sh.pk" company, for the construction of a vineyard farm, livestock complex, wine cellar, villas and guesthouses, over 137 hectares of free state-owned land in Baqël and Kodhel, Lezha.
In November 2024, Babloku granted Ylli Ujka permission for the "Grand Park Skyline" complex with 3 residential towers and a shopping center, over 145 thousand m2 of state land on the Tirana Artificial Lake.
With the support of the police, the Municipality and the Cadastre, the SP's electoral financier, Ylli Ujka, robbed, using faxed documents and force, 370 hectares of land owned by the state, his cousins and other residents of Rana e Hedhun in Lezha, which the Cadastre registered on the orders of Edi Rama.
