Çullhaj and Delijorgji, the dark partners of tenders: SPAK declares war on corruption in healthcare...

Besnik Çullhaj, the laboratory doctor who became a millionaire thanks to healthcare tenders and the COVID-19 pandemic, has now come under the radar of SPAK. This shady character in the healthcare business has been secretly summoned by the Special Prosecution Office, along with the healthcare mafia: Klodjan Allajbeu, Vilma Nushi and Vasil Llajo of Intermedica.
This sophisticated gang, led in the shadows by former minister Ogerta Manastirliu, has controlled the health budget for years, stealing millions of euros through fictitious tenders, false analyses, and predetermined concessions.
Çullhaj, in addition to his staggering wealth, is also a partner with the well-known Gërdec mafioso, Mihal Delijorgji, which is confirmed by intensive investigations by SPAK.

The scandalous CHECK UP deal of 140 million euros, awarded to Vilma Nushi in 2014 by the Ministry of Health, was a facade concession, where Çullhaj and his partner in crime Janis Karathano played the role of "guarantors of fictitious competition". In exchange for this dirty game, they were rewarded with millions of euros through corrupt tenders and fictitious analyses.
Sources close to SPAK confirm that investigations have revealed suspicious financial transactions between Çullhaj's, Nushi's and Karathano's companies, while during the pandemic, Çullhaj's "Genius Lab" company recorded unprecedented profits of over 1 billion lek per year, thanks to the monopoly on COVID-19 testing granted by Manastirliu.
After eight years of rampant corruption, the healthcare gang, now exposed by SPAK investigations, is expected to be brought to justice. The time has come for the stolen money of Albanians to be returned to the budget, while Çullhaj and his partners face the justice they have avoided for so many years. / Pamphlet
