To the residents of the Sharrë-Pezë-Ndroq-Vaqar area and SPAK, we are sharing the profile outside the "veladon" of the priest, MP Toni Gogu alias Oltion Gogu, starting with 10 questions about the "sins" in several positions, where he made a quick career, positions where he had money, wealth and lawsuits.
1. "Congratulations" Toni Gogu! After you completed your law studies in Tirana in 1994; where were you inside or outside Albania until 2001 for 7 years; and what jobs did you do and why didn't you declare it on the decriminalization form?
2. In 2001, after coming out of 7 years of illegality in dirty work, you were appointed Chancellor of the Court of Tirana, where you remained until 2005. Have you manipulated, falsified and disappeared court decisions in favor of crime figures and looters of state land and assets, have you committed any thefts with tenders and have you been investigated for them?
3. Why did you mention in your CV that you were the Director of the Scientific Research Department at the High Court of Justice during the period February 2004-September 2005, when the High Court did not have a Scientific Department, while at that time you were the Chancellor of the Court, Tirana?
4. Did the former Governor of the Bank, Ardian Fullani, use you to introduce into the construction market 100 billion lek in old banknotes, which were reported to have been destroyed by the bank during the years 2005-2012 when you were a lawyer; and why did he fire you after the fraud-theft scheme was discovered?
5. As a former lawyer at the State Bank, did you make the false transaction documents for the theft of 30 million Euros in June 2010, according to the Berisha-Bode-Fullani scheme, for the alleged sale of the "Dajti" hotel, and what did Ardian Fullani and Sali Berisha reward you with?
6. Did you allow money transfer and laundering operations; creation of fictitious deposits in Italian-Greek-Russian banks; illegal use of deposits in collaboration with them; and did you approve fictitious bank bankruptcies, release of accounts of crime groups with bank bosses; and illegal transactions with former governor Ardian Fullani and other sins, during the years 2012-2015 when you were the General Director of Deposit Insurance?
7. Were you used, with the permission of former Minister Etilda Gjonaj, by exponents of the criminal world and mafia groups, to hide letters of recommendation from the justice systems of several countries in the period October 2017-September 2020 when you were Deputy Minister of Justice covering the Codification Office and communication with international partners, and were you investigated?
8. Were you involved in falsification, concealment and disappearance of decisions and files for land and land grabbing, construction permit fraud and the Tirana landfill affair, during the 2019-2020 period when you were the Mayor of Tirana?
9. Have you been rewarded with apartments, commercial units, and land, hidden with your relatives and with checks in hand from builders and those who have obtained the land with false documents?
10. Did you falsify land files in the administrative units of Pezë, Ndroq, Vaqarr with the gangs "Gentian Myrtaj", "Xhavit Çeka" and "Besmir Kola"; but also in Sauk, Farkë, Petrelë, Kamzë and coastal land in Kavajë and Rrogozhinë, during the period November 2020-March 2021 when you were Prefect of Tirana; and is your becoming a deputy related to the "land honors" or to the Landfill?

SPAK should use these concrete questions as evidence and investigate MP-priest Toni Gogu, who during 7 years of undeclared activity, has changed the name he had to "Oltion".
