In the file of the parliamentary investigative commission, the DP deputies treated Arenc Bilal Myrtezan as a "simple manager" at the Fier landfill, but in fact he was one of the key and trusted persons of Klodian Zoto with a monthly salary of 8.9 million lek, who has perform all actions.
Arenc Myrtezani is the son-in-law of Ridvan Bodes and his former driver in the Ministry of Finance, who managed the bribery negotiations for appointments, licenses, concessions, tax and customs favors and negotiations in KESH, Albpetrol, the former CEZ and wherever he had competence Saliu's chief thief minister, whom Edi Rama appointed to the State Bank.
While in the SPAK file, the son-in-law of Ridvan Bodes is accused of being the "mask" of Klodian Zoto's affairs with landfills, lands and the water clock business, specifically: For corruption, falsification of documents, concealment of Zoto's assets by alienation, money laundering and criminal activity.
On August 30, 2020, "Pamphlet" published a news source from BKH; that SPAK, during the investigations, had established that Ridvan Bode and Sandër Frangaj were also involved in the affair of the 3 landfills, through their family members, and influenced to block the investigation.
But the seizure on August 1, 2023, of a property of Klodian Zoto in Durrës worth 1 million Euros, revealed that its concealment was done through the firm "FMO sh.pk", which Zoto had fictitiously sold to his subordinate, Ritvan's son-in-law Bode for 100,000 Lek, while Bode's son-in-law, to hide his tracks, sold it to a person named Fatos Bunoca for 100,000 Lek.
In Arenc Myrtezan's activity as Klodian Zoto's "laundress" there is the following evidence:
- He was the administrator of the Fier landfill and the executor of the sale and purchase of the land where this landfill was built (the land was bought from Ben Qime), as well as the head of procedures for the Elbasan landfill.
- With Decision no. 54, dated 27.11.2018, of the Ministry of Tourism-Environment, signed by Blendi Klosi for the landfill of Tirana, legal representative of the landfill is Arenc Myrtezani.
- According to the KKB register, Arenc Myrtezani is a partner with Ilva Zoton, the wife of Klodian Zoto, and Edlira Nallbani, the sister-in-law of Sandër Frangaj and the wife of the land trafficker Nard Nallbani.
- The wife of Arenc Murtezani (granddaughter of Ridvan Bode) and the wife of Klodian Zoto have managed 20 million Euro "1-year Program for the Conversion of Albanian Debt", given by the former minister Bode, with Order 1623, dated 15.04.2013 where they were paid from 1800 Euro per month.
- The son-in-law and granddaughter of Ridvan Bodes are partners with Klodian Zoto and the Greek Konstantinos Aloupis, in the company "Metronet" for laboratories, water supply equipment and metrological services.
- After the fictitious sale of the 1 million Euro property in Durrës on June 15, 2015 to Fatos Bunoca, the son-in-law and niece of Ridvan Bodes and Klodian Zoto, they have again become "de facto" partners of the company "FMO Sh.pk", which has a construction facility building, water supply school.
- The son-in-law of Ridvan Bodes is the administrator of the company "ECOALB-FR Sh.pk" owned by Klodian Zotos, with the construction of HEC and TEC; but through her is also a representative of Klodian Zoto's 50% shares in the firm "Building Construction&Green Energy".
There are other evidences, which prove that Arenc Myrtezani, not only served as the administrator of Klodian Zoto's "washing machine" in the affairs of landfills, constructions, HPP and water supply, but was the connecting link between Zoto and Ridvan Boden of Sandër France in these mafia businesses.
Referring to these connections, it is no coincidence that the police allowed Arenc Myrtezan to escape 1 day after SPAK issued an arrest warrant for him and then declared him wanted./ Pamphlet
