After 6 years of active business in air transport with 6 international destinations, the Turkish-Albanian company "Air Albania Sh.A", which has in its fleet the charter plane used personally by Prime Minister Edi Rama, has published only 3 financial actions.
Created in September 2018, the Bablok charter company, with 50% Turkish partners, 40% Sinan Idrizi and 10% the Albanian state, for the period September-December 2018 declared a loss of 126 thousand Euros, while for the years 2019-2024 it did not declare a balance .
But although without tax balances, the Albanian government, through the State Treasury, has declared that it has made two payments to the company "Air Albania" for Bablok's trips and a payment for reimbursement of the 20% VAT tax, reflected in the register of the Ministry of Finance .
The fact is known that since October 2018, Babloku has traveled almost every week around the world by charter plane, even to Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, but it is not known how many of these trips and the expenses are, because the prime minister does not public.
But finally, Bablok, to show that the expenses of his plane are transparent, the government has published in the State Treasury, Bablok's expenses for only 2 charter trips.
On October 30, 2023, the Council of Ministers declares that the company "Air Albania" has made two payments worth 109 thousand 216 new lek and 99 thousand 287 new lek (in total 2100 Euro) for Bablok's trips by charter.
But in the register of payments made by the State Treasury, it is found that for the 2 trips worth 2100 Euros that Babloku made with charter, the Director of Taxes paid 753 thousand Euros to the company "Air Albania" of the Turk Sinan Dilek and Sinan Idrizit Vlora.
The Tax Administration paid this refund for the 20% VAT tax on January 18, 2024, declaring it as a refund for air services and freight transport within Albania.
In addition to open theft, this payment of 753,000 Euro VAT reimbursement, for a 2,100 Euro air transport service, is also laughable and should be investigated by SPAK.
Because it is not known where Bablok's charter went, or the planes of the "Air Albania" company within Albania, when it is known that apart from Rinas airport, which is functional, Kukes airport is out of order, since April 2021 before the elections, when Bablok made the electoral inauguration with the Kuksians of London.
