After being appointed head of the ADF, Dritan Agolli is suspected of having received public money through this company through non-contracting with companies that have awarded public tenders.
During the day he prays and prays (perhaps even to escape SPAK), while at night he shares public money with a consolidated circle of clients, with whom he is connected by many threads of corrupt interests. It is about the head of the Albanian Development Fund, Dritan Agolli, who is perceived and imagined by the public as one of the mammoths of corruption and as an island of impunity. After withdrawing from the corruption affair to give 400,000 euros to the cook who works at his son's restaurant Flladi Agolli for fear of SPAK, Dritan Agolli continues to make "grapes and plums" of ADF money, throwing millions of euros for private restaurants, for parties and stalls, wooden beehives and tenders with predetermined winners, limit fund almost as winning bids, in some cases with fake documents and cheating with implementation of the contract.
Dritan Agolli has given the company Fusha shpk of the oligarch Shkëlqim Fusha about 60 million euros in tenders. In exchange, Fusha has given Agolli a plot of land near TEG to build a complex of villas, at a symbolic price.

More specifically, Shkëlqim Fusha has a plot of land at the TEG roundabout, on the edge of the Eastern Ring Road of Tirana. On a part of the land, Fusha has built a complex of villas, a complex known as "Sofia Hill Residence". The unoccupied part of the plot was divided and surrounded by walls. The verifications show that this piece of land has been transferred to the name of the director of the Albanian Development Fund, Dritan Agolli, who intends to build some villas.
For his part, Agolli, in order to avoid exposure, has transferred the property in the name of the cartel of companies that he controls together with his wife. The son Flladi Agolli from a student in the USA has transformed in two years into a businessman in Tirana, becoming the owner of three companies with dubious activity, ARDEX, BEDOUIN and HMS, with the object of opening and managing coffee bars, fast food and restaurants, management of public and private facilities, tourist complexes, etc.

A year after Dritan Agolli was appointed by Edi Rama to head the ADF, his son Flladi Agolli (year 2020) declares that his grandfather gave him a house with an area of 155 m2. Meanwhile, Dritan Agolli has sold an apartment for 360,000 euros, which he previously stated that he had bought for 11 million lek or 110,000 euros. With this move, Agolli has bought several apartments and garages.

Dritan Agolli is the owner of the private company MAGNUM OPUS GROUP, with the object of studies at the strategic, managerial and operational level, analysis, observations, surveys, research, evaluations; consultancy, administrative services, etc. The company appears to have received public money.
