Yesterday, "Pamfleti" made public the fact that Klodian Braho, one of the candidates for the leadership of SPAK, dropped the complaint of the Public Commissioner against the decision to confirm prosecutor Ylli Pjetërnikaj in office. At first glance, a technical decision. In reality, a pure act of institutional corruption.
Reliable sources confirm that Braho's resignation was not a coincidence, but part of a dark bargain to secure Zeqir Hoda's vote in the High Prosecutorial Council, a vote that could decide the fate of the new head of SPAK.
In exchange for this “honor”, Zeqir Hoda’s son, Ditmir Hoda, has won a place in the race for the National Bureau of Investigation. On September 29, in the final list of candidates for the position of “Financial Investigator”, Ditmir Hoda’s name appears among the 15 highest-rated ones. The chairman of the commission that evaluated the candidates? Exactly Klodian Braho, who is also running for the leadership of SPAK.
Other members of the commission, Sotir Kllapi and Dorina Bejko, are also part of the system that today functions as a patronage network within the judiciary.
On October 10, in the second phase of the selection, the list was shortened to 10 candidates and, of course, Ditmir Hoda remained inside, with 43 points. A result that leads directly to the final phase: the oral test, a formal procedure, since the winner is known in advance.
The market is closed. Zeqir Hoda is rewarded with his son's seat in the BKH. Klodian Braho secures the vote in the KLP. Altin Dumani closes his eyes. Justice falls to its knees again.
This is no longer an administrative deviation. It is a betrayal of the ideal of justice reform. What happened to Braho, Dumani and Hoda is the clearest picture of the moral decay that has gripped the system: people who should have been examples of honesty, today trade in mail and court decisions.
Instead of punishing corruption, they are producing it. Instead of protecting the rule of law, they are turning it into a market where justice is bought, sold, and inherited as a family fortune.
SPAK and KLP are no longer independent institutions; they are interest clubs where children are employed as a reward for their parents' votes. And at the head of this degradation stands Altin Dumani, who appeared as a symbol of "honesty", but today has become the director of a dirty business that defiles every value of reform.
These are not the heroes of justice. They are its merchants.
And as long as justice is a bargaining chip for Braho, Duman and Hoda, Albania will remain hostage to a system where honor is bought at auction, and morality is paid for by mail./ Pamphlet
