The fact that Edi Rama often repeats the story about his honesty in 13 years as Minister of Culture and Mayor and in 11 years as Prime Minister, shows that no one believes his story and wants to dictate it to Albanians.
Moreover, as an image of anti-corruption and anti-crime in the "Albania 2030" project, Bablok is using Noizy, Elvana of cocaine, ministers and mayors who before going to their offices appear at SPAK, while after work they meet with traffickers of murder.
This anti-corruption and anti-crime fairy-tale movement, Edi Rama, his two friends and clients: Pëllumb Salillari and Pëllumb Gjoka, symbols of the prime minister's connection with corruption, trafficking, rape, money laundering, electoral crime and organized crime.
The two Pigeons of Bablok, have been protected by SHISH police and supported with licenses, construction permits, funds and wealth from the SP government; with personalized decisions for strategic investments, concessions, HPPs, land, towers, resorts, smuggling, fiscal evasion, tax forgiveness.
One is Pëllumb Gjoka, who during the years 2014-2023 received licenses for public services, casinos, betting, construction permits, 15 million Euro tenders, cultivated plots with drugs, ordered and financed murders, led a gang of killers with police, prosecutors and killers.
This Pigeon of Babloku, with a history as a leader of cocaine traffic and murders even during the SP's rule 1997-2005; is the "hawk" who occupied 8 thousand m2 of beach with the approval of Bablok, robbed 350 thousand m2 of land in Velipoja, was given 12 state properties and for 10 years was not touched by the police and justice, because he was the "strong" of Bablok and " the supplier" of the SP.

The other is Pëllumb Salillari, which has received 11 road concessions and HPPs worth 2 billion Euros; 130 million Euro tenders for roads, water pipes, construction of facilities and reconstruction.
Pëllumb Salillari, with the decisions of Bablok, ministers, directors and mayors, has received 82 thousand m2 of free buildings, 53 building permits for towers, palaces and resorts; is allowed to build buildings without permission on occupied state land, destroys river beds and protected areas.
But Pëllumb Salillari, convicted of rape, whom Babloku kisses on the head after every construction permit and tender; unlike Pëllumb Gjoka, he is being left free to continue his crimes and is not affected by justice, although there are 7 reports in the prosecutor's offices in Tirana, Berat, Durrës and 5 reports in SPAK.
The corrupt and criminal activity of these two black doves during the "Rilindja" government is enough to undo the demagoguery of Edi Rama with the Anti-corruption and Anti-crime Resolution, because as the people say, "The wolf changes the hair, but the habit don't forget it"./ Pamphlet
