Even in the plenary session, the opposition may not vote for the resolution, but in the end they will send members to the commission. This with the argument that they cannot leave Rama alone, that then there is all justice...
The Conference of Presidents has decided to include in the work agenda the famous anti-corruption resolution, which Edi Rama proposed a few weeks ago.
While SPAK has shaken the entire political and crime elite these days, the majority has rushed to not waste a single minute of time with the resolution, which essentially seeks to bring the new justice system under control. The goal is to establish an ad hoc commission, with members of the opposition and the majority, that will control all constitutional and independent bodies, including SPAK.
The draft passed only with the votes of the SP and the plan is to approve the resolution in the plenary session on May 27. But from what happened, it seems that there are still many question marks. The opposition MPs did not cast their vote. There was even criticism.
" The resolution that you propose leads to the approval of the establishment of a special commission and some elements that we think need a wider debate than the debate in the Assembly. I submitted some legal amendments to fight corruption with amendments that help this fight and were rejected by the SP. The majority overthrew them by denying corruption. Today, the government accepts corruption and lack of political will. You ask to create an AdHoc Commission that takes functions from KKIE and without any argument ", said Jorida Tabaku.
But beyond Mrs. Tabaku, behind the scenes, a dirty business is being cooked up. Even in the plenary session, the opposition may not vote for the resolution, but in the end they will send members to the commission. This with the argument that they cannot leave Rama alone, because then there is all justice. So we have a game of "pull and don't break it", where Rama, Berisha, maybe Meta will join together to strike the new justice.
Normally the question arises, can the corrupt fight corruption?
Sali Berisha is sanctioned by the USA and under investigation by SPAK for corruption, but his loyalists will engage in the Commission to fight corruption. Edi Rama is being investigated for the famous "McGonigal" file. So as not to go to wealth afterwards, since they are both champions. Meta doesn't have much to say, because she is the "mother" of corruption and no one can beat her when it comes to wealth.
Also, the deputies who will be members of this commission are names rumored for affairs and who have the wealth of sheikhs. There are MPs who are under the supervision of SPAK and are committed to fighting corruption. Can this happen? Could it be that the corrupt are filling our minds that they will crack down on corruption? / Pamphlet
