Në raportet e SHISH, thuhet se firma “Mend Oil” dhe Eg-Oil” ka vetëm një mjet-autobot tip “MAN” me targë “AA 568 SJ”, me të cilin fut naftë nga Greqia duke zhdoganuar 10 mijë litra në anën greke, por 2000 litra kur e fut në doganën shqiptare.
