The person who has been the director of the anti-crime ministry for two years has committed criminal acts himself, openly violating Law no. 138/2015, dated 17.12.2015 "To guarantee the integrity of persons who are elected, appointed and exercise public functions".
In the decriminalization form, Bledar Çuci has hidden his graduation from the High School of Former State Security in the years 1988-'91 during the dictatorship.
These years belong to the age of 18-21 years, when students were preparing for insurance; from 2 months in every academic year, they practiced "investigative uncle" on the arrested "enemies of the party", who were isolated in the dungeons of the Internal Affairs Branches.
Bledar Çuci has only declared his education at the Faculty of Law during the years 1991-1995, and a 6-month qualification as a manager in Belgium, when the law obliges him to declare his insurance education as well.
Nga ana tjetër ligji detyron edhe SPAK-un, që në zbatim të Ligjit nr. 138/2015 për dekriminalizimin dhe në bazë të neneve 70/a, 280 e 283 të Kodit të Procedurës Penale, të marrë të pandehur ish-ministrin Bledar Çuçi, për veprat penale: “Falsifikim, mashtrim e fshehje të dhënash personale në formularin zyrtar me shumë se 1 herë”.
Sepse pas nisjes së zbatimit të ligjit të dekriminalizimit, që detyron zyrtarët e lartë të deklarojnë çdo të dhënë personale para marrjes së detyrave, Bledar Çuçi e ka kryer këtë vepër penale 2 herë kur kandidoi për deputet më 2017 e 2021, dhe dy herë kur u emërua Ministër Bujqësie dhe Ministër i Brendshëm.
SPAK can confirm the graduation of Bledar Çuçi from the high school of the former State Security, since he appears in Register No. 22, amza 2345 of this school, which today is called "Security Academy" and for 2 and a half years was under his direct authority as Minister of the Interior.
Will SPAK also act for Bledar Çuçi, as it has done for other mayors and deputies who have deceived, falsified and hidden personal data in the decriminalization form?
