For 5 days, the river Gjanica that passes through the city of Fier and the edge of the pedestrian area, has turned into a black stream, because inside it, the company "Terra-Oil" is pouring hydrocarbon waste, owned by Shefqet Dizdar, the partner of the former agent of the FBI, Charles McGonigal and Agron Neza.
The fact that Gjanica continues to be black, with mud-like flows of oil and fuel oil waste and is not changing color, shows that the "brave killers" of the "Terra Oil" company continue to pour waste into its flow.
Due to the stench and the suffocating and cancerous air created by the waste in the river, the citizens of Fier have avoided moving and spending free time in the park built on the edge of Gjanica.
But the mayor Armando Subashi, the Minister of the Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, have not taken action; the Minister of Health, Albana Koçiu and the State Police; who, according to the laws, have an obligation to intervene immediately to stop this crime, for punishment with a fine, suspension of the activity of the "Terra-Oil" company, its obligation to clean the length of the river and handcuff the owners.
They are not reacting or acting, because the owner of the company that stinks up the river Gjanica and is poisoning the residents of Fier, is Shefqet Dizdari, the friend and shopkeeper of Prime Minister Edi Rama and partner of the former FBI agent, Charles McGonigal, who together with Bablok , introduced the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska to the Albanian concessions.

But since 5 days, the "Terra-Oil" company of Shefqet Dizdar, a friend of Edi Rama, has been pouring hundreds of tons of hydrocarbon waste into the Gjanica river; against which, no environmental, health, police or justice institution dares to enforce the law, they don't even dare to mention the name of this company.
We are also asking a question to the German partner Peter Krempin of the "Terra-Oil" company: - Would you dare to pour hydrocarbon waste, or even office and household waste into the rivers of Germany, as you are pouring into the river Gjanica that passes through the city of Fierit?/ Pamphlet
