The articles of "Pamphlet" have brought to light a scandal of shocking proportions, where the protagonist is the former administrator of Vaqarr, Gentian Myrta. Through the names of his wife, brother-in-law or "silent friends", Myrta has managed to build an empire, from a luxurious 12,000 m² residence in Prush to a super-luxurious apartment of 750 thousand euros in the center of Tirana. To put a lid on it, a brother-in-law with a history of drug trafficking serves as a "shield" for all the properties that he cannot officially declare.

The most sensational affair is related to the colossal residence in Prush, hidden "in the middle of nowhere", but surrounded by a concrete wall, internal roads and luxurious greenery. After verifications, it turns out that the surrounding wall alone costs about 500 thousand euros, while within the perimeter of 12,000 m², 2000 m² are actually public property, but Myrta has appropriated them by inserting them within the walls of his private "fortress".
The area is closed to fellow villagers, while people closely related to the Myrta family take care of security. Although Gentian's name does not appear in any document, the residents of the area indicated that every investment there, from the internal road to the greenery and the armored gates, was made possible only thanks to his "power". The story deepens with the 3+1 apartment located in "Altana Luxury Residence", one of Tirana's most expensive complexes, opposite Dinamo. Worth around 750 thousand euros, this apartment, along with two parking spaces and a "smart home" system, is registered in the name of Myrta's wife, Elvana Myrta.
Ms. Myrta herself has registered an entity with NIPT M21410033I in 2022, with the object of "property management and leasing", which does not have sufficient turnover to justify such an investment. Gentiani, for his part, does not even mention this asset in official documents.
Another link being investigated is Myrta's brother-in-law, who is a person with a criminal record in the field of drug trafficking, with sufficient financial resources to cover Myrta's assets. It turns out that this person is formally "charged" with several apartments, commercial units and properties in the outskirts of Tirana and up to Hamallaj. Practically, it is the same hand that builds, legalizes and maintains everything, but puts them in the name of the brother-in-law to avoid any legal liability.
Gentian Myrta has also been strongly denounced by Belind Këlliçi, who in a meeting with the residents of the Vaqarr area, has issued a strong statement against the former administrator of this unit, Gentian Myrta. "Between the democrats and the Vaqarr resistance, where the SP, led by the bandit Gentian Myrto, have stolen the properties and lands of honest citizens of this area. We promise that this looting of their properties will end. Anyone who has abused power and touched the money or properties of Albanians will be held accountable before the law!" , said Këlliçi, emphasizing that the time of untouchability has ended.
Beyond the statements, the facts speak for themselves: an empire of expensive land, villas and apartments, camouflaged in the names of people in the family circle, with Myrta herself seemingly "not related at all". The concrete walls in Prush have exposed him, as the cost of 500 thousand euros just for the fence is not justified by "any soft loan". Even less, the alienation of 2000 m² of state land, which has been "adapted" to his private area.
