On April 2, "Pamphlet" warned of the fact that in the process of transporting from Brazil to the Port of Durres, Mondi Goxha also had 100 tons of chicken fillets with salmonella; for which the former director of AKU, candidate for deputy of the Socialist Party, Olsi Komici, had granted an import permit.
According to information received by "Pamphlet", it turns out that on April 8, 2025, another 30 tons of chicken fillets with salmonella were imported into the Port of Durrës; for which, the AKU Border Food Inspection Point and the Customs Branch made false documents so that this dangerous load of fillets could cross the border and enter the market.
We say dangerous, because these 30 tons of fillets that arrived on Wednesday at the Port of Durrës are the second batch of the same "product batch", with 27 tons of chicken fillets that were imported from Brazil 3 weeks ago and the former AKU Director, Olsi Komici, ordered them to be placed on the market without prior safety analysis.
And the second shipment of salmonella-infected chicken fillets from Brazil was brought into the Port of Durrës by Mondi Goxha, the same person who introduced the first shipment of 27 tons of "killer" fillets to the market, through his company "AMG FOOD", known as "di Mal" based in Kashar.
But this time, to hide the traces of the food crime, Mondi Goxha, in collaboration with Customs chiefs and AKU Inspectors at the Port of Durrës, has falsified the commercial representative documents ordering and accompanying the import of fillets.
He has removed the company name "AMG FOOD" and replaced it with the company name "MAG.NG", his other company based in Novosela, Vlora.
This case should be the subject of the Police, the Prosecution and SPAK, according to the powers of anti-crime cooperation; because this shipment of infected chicken fillets was also equipped with false food and customs control documents and will leave, or will have left, the Durrës Sea Port and enter the market.
For the first shipment of 27 tons of salmonella-tainted fillets, which he introduced into the market 3 weeks ago without analysis, Mond Goxha was declared wanted, but the prosecution left him "obligated to appear", creating suspicion of bribery, while he continues to bring suspicious products from Brazil.
A fiscal crime is the fact that in the company "AMG FOOD" in Kashar, which has been circulating millions of Euros of chicken meat from Brazil for 6 years; Mondi Goxha has declared only himself as an employee; while in the company "MAG.NG" based in Novosela, Vlora, he has declared himself as an employee, 1 economist and 1 part-time employee.
