For 2 weeks, a silent duel has begun between the leaders of SPAK and the Police and the Police Supervision Agency, regarding the investigation of a serious scandal carried out by the services.
According to information, a complaint has been sent to SPAK by border police officials regarding the departure from Albania of 16 former and current leaders of the State Police, without registering in the "TIMS" system.
Their entry into Albania was also done without registration, in violation of the law, which according to the complaint to SPAK, the border police control inspectors in Rinas allowed on the orders of their bosses.
The exit and entry from Albania took place on various dates during the months of February-March 2025, with 5-6 days of stay abroad, the names and destinations of which are available to SPAK.
Through confidential electronic verification with the "Unified Key", SPAK has determined that their names do not appear in "TIMS", and has requested clarification from the police for this deviation.
The police have denied that any police chiefs and former police chiefs or any citizen not registered in the TIMS system have entered or exited Rinas, but SPAK has expressed distrust, because the same thing happened with the TIMS system, where the chiefs erased the traces of criminals' passage.
SPAK has provided the Police with data on their identities and functions in the police, ascertained by security cameras at the Rinas border crossing point, where SPAK and district prosecutors have full access, within the framework of cooperation under the Anti-Mafia law and the protocol-agreement with SHISH, FBI and EUROPOL.
SPAK has launched an investigation into this scandal, but has not yet registered a criminal case, awaiting a correct response from the State Police, and also requesting cooperation with the Police Supervision Agencies, whose leaders have not reacted.
According to correspondence on the confidential network with the police, it turns out that in the preliminary investigation, the data that SPAK has obtained from the border police of the countries where those 16 police leaders and former police leaders have gone directly and transited, specifically in Dubai, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Spain, Brazil and Mexico, where many Albanian crime leaders are hiding.
Why they went to these countries is still unknown and is being investigated with agencies inside and outside Albania, but SPAK has determined that these police leaders and former leaders are key figures in the SKY-ECC files and in the reports of SHISH, the Directorate of Classified Information and the Directorate of Money Laundering Prevention. /Pamphlet
