The "Sheikhs" remaining in Vetting throw peace again, SPAK declares
SPAK does not investigate 19 judges and prosecutors

They stole for years and have the wealth of 'sheikhs', today those left in the vetting are lawyers, teachers and enjoy millions...

The judges and prosecutors left in vetting continue to enjoy the loot they have robbed from the citizens.

Thanks to the re-evaluation process, nearly 400 magistrates left the justice system. More precisely, 268 were dismissed, 105 resigned during the process, and 49 left before the start of the vetting.

But even though most fled because they could not justify their wealth, as there are those who have properties and assets worth millions of euros, there were no punitive measures against them.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, warned a few months ago that SPAK would crack down on those who remained in vetting.

" We have tried to use the acts in the administrative process in the criminal process to find evidence. It is a good basis, the results of the administrative investigation are a good basis for finding evidence. We have in our competence judges of the CC, the SC, the Prosecutor General, members of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court. We have a small number of subjects. We have mentioned it a little there, we have not been blind to the decisions of the vetting bodies. We have registered criminal proceedings for the criminal offense of corruption ", said Dumani.

But to date, SPAK has sent only 3 members of the Constitutional Court for trial: Bashkim Dedje, Fatos Lulo and Shkëlzen Selimi. All three have been released, as they have not served a single day in prison. Apart from that, no one else has been sent to court. The point is, there have been judges at the Supreme Court with the wealth of "sheikhs", but they have all been released.

The other element is that in SPAK there were 19 lawsuits during the year we left behind for people who remained in vetting. But SPAK has declared incompetence. SPAK itself admits this in its annual report.

" During 2024, 19 reports were referred to the Special Prosecutor's Office by the transitional reassessment bodies for subjects of transitional reassessment. After verifying these reports, it was decided to declare incompetence and send them to the district prosecutor's offices of the first instance courts of general jurisdiction. These criminal reports were for former prosecutors and former judges at the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal, who are not subjects under the competence of the Special Prosecutor's Office. At the same time, from the criminal reports there were suspicions of the criminal offense "Refusal to declare, failure to declare, concealment or false declaration of property, private interests of elected persons and public servants or of any other person who has a legal obligation to declare", provided for by Article 257/ai of the Criminal Code, a criminal offense which is not within the subject matter competence of the Special Prosecutor's Office ", it is stated SPAK.

Today, all those who have remained in vetting are lawyers, teachers at the Magistrates' School or at private universities. Some launder corruption money, some enjoy millions. /Pamphlet
