As it is known, the former Prime Minister Aleksandër Meksi stole millions from the pyramids, from the land markets, lands and public assets and built palaces, while with a part of them, his son Endri Meksi opened "MCN" television and several shadow businesses for cleaning money
But according to 4 court decisions, Endri Meksi, for 8 years, has not paid the tax obligations and the many debts he has on behalf of "MCN" television, which amount to 1 million Euros, using his friendship and connections in concessions with Olsi Rama .
For the debts he has towards taxes, AMA, RTSH, Local Tax and other public and private entities that have taken him to court; "MCN" television of the "competent of Sudes", all assets have been blocked, depriving him of the right to sell, donate or pledge them, until the moment when he repays the financial obligations.
Due to the increase in debts since March 2015, the first block was made on 05.03.2019, by Order No. 531/3 from the Enforcement Office "Kodra Bailiff Service" addressed to the CKB, not to allow Endri Meks to carry out any action with these assets.
The son of the "Competent of Sudes", has made a declaration in taxes and an agreement with the enforcement office, that he would repay the obligations within 6 months and after 10 days the blocking measure was removed, since he paid some crumbs.
But since he cheated, the assets of "MCN-TV" were blocked again on May 26, 2021, with Request No. 4480 of the Directorate of Tax Collection-Tirana, asking the National Business Center, Notary Service, Banks and Cadastre to block the assets of this television.
Because Endri Meksi refuses to pay the obligations, the General Directorate of Taxes, with Letter No. 20288, dated May 12, 2023, requested the final imposition of the Tax Liability Insurance measure and the request for the confiscation of the assets of the "Meksi" family television.
In order not to pay the obligations and to escape from confiscation, Endri Meksi has changed the name of the television four times: from "Tema TV", on January 27, 2019 he named it "TvT": on November 2, 2020 he named it "MCN- TV" and on September 12, 2023 named it "MCN-TV 24".
