According to the official documents discovered by the EU and the BKH file, it appears that in the period 2019-2022, with the decisions of the Director of AZHBR, Frida Krifca, the fisherman Gjergj Luci received a total of 1.3 billion ALL from the agricultural funds that the EU sent for Albanian agriculture .
On August 8, 2023, "Pamphlet" published an official document of AZHBR, for giving 200 million Lek free donation to the fish company "Rozafa Sh.pk" for vegetable cultivation, registering Gjergj Luci as a farmer.
Likewise, we published the other document of AZHBR, which confirmed that by the decision of director Frida Krifca in June 2020 and March 2021, the company "Rozafa Sh.pk" received a free donation of 500 million lek from EU agricultural funds, for allegedly tracking fish during pollination.
Today we are publishing another decision, with No. Protocol 1525/4, dated May 23, 2019, of the director Frida Krifca, by which she gave another 400 million Lek free donation to the company "Rozafa Sh.pk" of the trafficker Gjergj Luci, from EU agricultural funds.
In this decision, which the anti-fraud office OLAF of the EU, EUROJUST and SPAK have registered as evidence of financial crime, there are two serious violations with criminal content:
1. The firm "Rozafa Sh.pk" has been announced as the winner of the agricultural donation of 400 million ALL, without submitting the documents, when the EU has set as a criterion that the documents must be presented first and then the application made.
2. According to Albanian law and criterion 3-1 of the EU form, the application for donations and credits from EU funds should be made only by the owner of the company seeking financing.
While Frida Krifca, on behalf of Gjergj Luci of the company "Rozafa Sh.pk", for 400 million lek and a total of 1.3 billion lek, has allowed Andon Nako, the captain of the trawler "Rozafa 14", to apply and receive who was arrested for kidnapping the sailing ship in Saranda.
