The mayor of Vlora, Ermal Dredha, at the meeting of the Municipal Council, tried to lie about the mafia project of the Vlora stadium with towers, but he was confronted by the opposition councilors, who asked him for concrete clarifications.
In order to approve it without debate, he has presented a "3-D" project with only the stadium without towers, while the opposition councilors have drawn the actual project of the stadium with 6 towers inside it and 13 buildings of 12 floors around, drawn up by KKT the Belgian studio "XDGA" of Edi Rama's client
The task of the Vlora Municipality is only the formal approval of the permit for the construction of the stadium with towers, but on behalf of the opposition, the councilors Arjan Isufi, Klodian Xhyheri and Artid Hoxha have opposed, who have denounced this affair of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
They have asked the mayor Ermal Dredha to declare these data:
- What is the financial value of the Vlora stadium, and will the government or the municipality pay?
How many square meters of public and private land will the new stadium include and who will pay for the private land areas of the houses that will be demolished to build the 6 towers and 13 palaces?
- How long will the construction period be, which will be the construction company that will build the stadium, towers and palaces and what will the state and the municipality of Vlora benefit from these towers and palaces?
- Will the private person build the towers with his own funds or with state funds and take them for himself?
Instead of giving clarifications and concrete data, the mayor Ermal Dredha shook it, saying that from the conversation with Prime Minister Rama, Minister Balluku and the President of the FFA, Armando Duka, he was convinced that the towers and palaces will give a beautiful view stadium and Vlora.

Por kundërshtimi i stadiumit me 6 kulla brenda e 13 pallateve nga 12 kate rrotull, ka vënë në lëvizje Gramoz Ruçin e Sinan Idrizin, për të takuar, joshur e bindur 14 këshilltarët e opozitës, që të miratojnë në heshtje projektin.
Përfshirja e tyre në këtë çështje nuk ka lidhje me merakun për ndërtimin e stadiumit dhe bukurinë e tij; por me faktin, që këta janë pjesë e biznesit të këtyre kullave e pallateve bashkë me Bablokun dhe ndërtuesit që ai ka paracaktuar.
As is known, Gramoz Ruçi is the father-in-law of the brother of the mayor of Vlora, Emal Dredha, while Sinan Idrizi is the liaison of Edi Rama's shopping with the "Erdogan" mafia clan and the businessman who gave him the charter for free.
Both of these were lobbyists for Edi Rama, for Ermal Dredha to run for Mayor in Vlora: Gramoz Ruçi as a krushk, while Sinan Idrizi as a shopkeeper in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with Ermal Dredha until March 2023, when he was Ambassador to the Emirates United.
