SPAK should clarify one thing: Gjersa has all the evidence of the crime that Ilir Beqja has committed with this 140 million Euro affair, why doesn't he ask the court to arrest him?

Tashmë dihet, që Ilir Beqja nuk preket nga SPAK edhe pa mburojën e Edi Ramës, sepse ai është një nga më të fuqishmit e mafies ekonomiko-financiare në Shqipëri e me lidhje të forta jashtë saj, që duket se ndikojnë drejtëpërdrejtë te shefat e SPAK, për të mos guxuar ta prangosin.
Nxjerrja e urdhër-arrestit për Ilir Beqjen është detyrim i Altin Dumanit dhe dinjitet i SPAK, për të ndryshuar bindjen e shqiptarëve, se prokurorët dhe kreu i SPAK, nuk e marrin të pandehur ngaqë janë urdhëruar nga Edi Rama, ose kanë marrë çeqe prej Beqjes.
Ndryshe nuk ka asnjë shpjegim, që SPAK brenda 1 muaji hetoi e nxori urdhër-arresti për ministrin, zv/kryeministrin e deputetin Arben Ahmetaj që e ka refuzuar 5 herë dhe nuk e fimosi koncesionin e Landfillit të Tiranës.
