It is not a movie script but a true story, which includes the suffering, rape and detention of a mother in 3 states; threatened by the corrupt justice in Albania, for the only "crime", that she fought not to kidnap the child from the Cypriot father with sadistic behavior...
The following is the painful and inhumane story that is being experienced by the mother from Berat, Dinora Neçi, who, in addition to having her minor daughter Eleftheria Eleftheriou kidnapped by her Cypriot biological father, is also facing police violence, denial of justice in Belgium and Germany and disregard of the Albanian State.
Calling it an "organized mafia kidnapping of a minor girl", mother Dinora Neçi, confesses the ordeal of suffering, with no solution to take the girl.
The truth is this/ Fearing the revenge of the Cypriot father, the mother from Berata with her daughter presented herself to the Belgian justice authorities for protection, but it was not granted, because the father had inserted his tentacles there as well, while police officials threatened him, that if refused to return with the girl of her own free will to Cyprus, she would be imprisoned and forcibly taken away.
Terrorized, Dinora Neçi together with her minor daughter, left Belgium and went to Italy, where unfortunately they were not given international legal protection there either, persecuting them as if they were not innocent people and in danger for their lives, but as if they were criminals .
Parts of the Italian authorities collaborated with the Cypriot father to kidnap his daughter, and even people sent and paid by him tried several times to kill the Albanian mother.
In July 2014, the Italian authorities detained the mother in the presence of the daughter and her family members, with the false accusation of "Child abduction", without a court decision, without a lawyer, without the presence of the social service for the child, when the child is hers and Albanian citizenship.
After 33 hours they were released and mother and daughter returned to Berat, with the hope that the Albanian state and justice would protect them; but the opposite happened, starting to be harassed and threatened by Albanian officials and officials, even by the Ombudsman of Interpol Tirana, who went to her house in Berat at night, telling her that the Cyprus authorities had issued an international arrest warrant against her and the minor daughter, but without showing her any court decision.
The same as in Cyprus, Belgium and Italy, the Berat Police and Prosecutor's Office officials were also brought, although Dinora Neçi submitted the file with 200 pages of evidence, for the kidnapping of the minor girl from the biological father Nikolas Eleftheriou, not even accepting criminal proceedings against the father Cypriots, for allegedly "lack of jurisdiction".
Gjyqtarë të Beratit me anë të fletë-thirrjeve të pavlefshme dhe pa kërkesë-padi, e detyronin nënën Dinora Neçi me forcë policore, të paraqitej si “Palë e tretë” në procesin gjyqësor për ri-kthimin e vajzës në Qipro.
Gjykata e Beratit, pa dijeninë e së ëmës mori Vendim nr. 60, datë 15.7.2015, për ri-kthimin e vajzës së mitur në Qipro te babai biologjik, vendim i marrë brenda 7 ditësh, dukshëm favorizues për shtetasin greko-qipriot, pa marrë parasysh tre fakte: aktet kriminale të babait ndaj vajzës e nënës; vajza ka shtetësi shqiptare dhe ka vetëm kujdestarinë e nënës së saj.
Përballë këtij vendimi anti- ligjor e rrezikut të rrëmbimit të fëmijës, më 17 shtator 2015, së bashku me vajzën dhe nënën e saj, Dinora Neçi udhëtoi nga Vlora në Bari të Italisë, ku policia nuk konstatoi pengesë, gjë që dëshmoi se vendimi i Gjykatës së Beratit ishte jashtë regjistrit gjyqësor.
Në pamundësi për të qëndruar në Itali prej përndjekjes së babait Nikolas Eleftheriou, më 7 nëntor 2015 u detyruan të udhëtonim drejt Gjermanisë, me besimin se do të merrte fundi kalvari i vuajtjeve të tyre dhe rreziku i rrëmbimit të fëmijës.
Gjatë udhëtimit Milano-Zvicër-Frankfurt, policitë kufitare të 3 shteteve nuk i penguan, por pas mbërritjes në Gjermani, më 9 nëntor 2015 në stacionin e Policisë Hahn- Frankfurt, ku Dinora Neçi me vajzën dhe nënën u paraqitën për mbrojtje ndërkombëtare, zyrtarë të ndikuar nga babai i vajzës, nuk e pranuan denoncim-kërkesën e tyre; madje u sekuestruan pasaportat shqiptare dhe i izoluan në një dhomë për 14 orë pa ushqim e pa ujë as për fëmijën:
Në orën 2 të mëngjesit të datës 10 nëntor 2015, në dhomë shkuan 6 policë pa numra identifikimi e pa treguar mandat arresti, por në mënyrë të dhunshme rrëmbyen vajzën e mitur; ndërsa reagimit si nënës Dinora Neçi, ju kundërvunë me pranga dhe dhunim të saj, duke u mbajtur të izoluar 4 muaj në burgun Wellstein të Rheinland-Pfalz në Gjermani.
Më 18 mars 2016, i thanë se do ta transferonin në burgun e Frankfurtit, dhe pasi e lidhën duar e këmbë me pranga e zinxhirë, në të vërtetë e dërguan në aeroport, ku ia dorëzuan dy policëve të Qipros.
Mbërritja në Qipro pasoi me burgosjen 2 ditore në Stacionin e Deryneadhe, ndërsa 3 muaj e izoluan në burgun Nikosia, ku nën ndikimin e babait qipriot të vajzës, ushtronin presion psikologjik e dhunë fizike, për ta detyruar të hiqte dorë nga vajza e saj.
Më 1 Qershor 2016 e liruan dhe e larguan forcërisht nga Qipro në Shqipëri, duke i mbajtur peng vajzën e mitur; dhe qysh prej asaj date, pra, prej 7 vitesh, nëna nga Berati, Dinora Neçi nuk ka pasur asnjë kontakt me vajzën e saj.
