The Albanian gang leader of Paris, Bekim Bulica, with two cocaine call centers in the middle of "Rama's Paris", reported by French services and SHISH to the justice authorities, but no arrests in Albania, while 15 young Albanian men are serving sentences in French prisons and cocaine money is laundered through firms in Tirana, Kukës and Ksamil.

Their connection is so close that, according to French police reports and letters rogatory that have reached Albanian justice bodies, it turns out that behind these networks stands Bekim Bulica, a well-known name for international drug trafficking, money laundering and recruitment of deceived young people. In Albania, cocaine money passes through companies registered in the names of KBLB and FP family members.

A well-copied piece of information has reached the editorial office of "Pamphlet" : the French media have followed in the footsteps of the Albanian boss of Paris, Bekim Bulica, writing about cocaine call centers and the 15 deceived young people who are already serving sentences in French prisons, but when it comes to the Albanian justice bodies, to which the French police have filed letters of request and reports, the question remains: what has SPAK done so far?

On April 24, 2025, the prestigious French newspaper Le Parisien published an article revealing that an Albanian network was running two call centers in Paris and the suburbs, which distributed cocaine on demand. Eight people, seven Albanians and one Frenchman, were charged with drug trafficking, money laundering and criminal organization. On February 20, 2026, the same newspaper wrote about the arrest of three Albanian citizens in their twenties who were distributing cocaine on foot and by bicycle in Paris and Hauts-de-Seine. All three were sentenced to prison. That same year, Le Monde mentioned in an article the phenomenon of Albanian drug networks in Paris, but without directly referring to the name of Bekim Bulica.

After each arrest, the French police have sent information to the justice authorities in Albania. In total, 15 young Albanians have ended up in French prisons because of this network. But the Albanian kingpin of Paris remains at large. Bulica has never been arrested in either France or Albania and continues to launder money with luxury resorts, expensive cars registered as company property, etc.

According to information available to Pamfleti, BKH has launched money laundering investigations and the justice files show Bekim Bulica's connection with the companies registered in the name of his relatives. B&F Diagnostics shpk , owned by LB and FP Bulica Pharma shpk , owned by LB Sources close to the agencies indicate that secret reports have also reached the desks of the justice system linking the Albanian capobanda of Paris to money laundering through other businesses in the name of third parties.

After repeated reports from the French police, the wanted Bekim Bulica has not been affected. The operation in Paris continues to be run remotely through his partner from Korça, who appears in the file with the initials AC. Sources within the security structures confirm that SHISH has long reported to the relevant institutions about Bekim Bulica's activity, but so far no serious investigation has been launched.

The only action the State Police has taken so far is a search of a luxury bar in Ksamil, where, according to information available to "Pamphlet", evidence was found for which Bekim Bulica was reported by French partner agencies, but was not arrested and was hidden as facts.  /Pamphlet

Pyes veten kur do të vijë ty “mundësia e artë”, Tony. Me kaq mllef e inat, rrugën e ke vetëm drejt humbëtirës, jo Parisit.
