The KLSH was kept under pressure for 2 days through intimidating questions and threats in the Economy Commission, drawn up by the power mafia and read by the SP deputies, mainly by the chairman Eduard Shalsi, the "langoi" of Edi Rama and the "Mon Kukaleshi" of his in companies that steal public funds.
Eduard Shalsi pretended to be brave in front of the KLSH team, following the order of Edi Rama, to threaten him not to reveal and report the thefts of the authorities.
Failing the threat in the face of the determination of the head of the KLSH, Arben Shehu, to carry out the task, Shalsi put into action the scheme of the mafia dome, to take the KLSH hostage.
He announced the creation of a typical n/commission, alla-sigurim, as a SP structure with patronage, labeled "External Audits" appointed by the government; who will eavesdrop on and control the activity of KLSH and will propose punitive measures from the "villain" Eduard Shalsi.
The creation of this illegal n/commission is a coup to take hostage the KLSH, as it is clearly defined in the Constitution: - "KLSH is the highest institution of economic and financial control; he is subject only to the Constitution of the laws in force; and provides information on controls whenever requested by the Assembly, as well as presents the annual report of its activity to the Assembly".
While the head of the mafia Edi Rama, through the "langoi" Eduard Shalsi, decided to create a n/parliamentary committee on hostage taking, to control the KLSH as if it has a government structure, when this control is prohibited by the Constitution, which does not allow the creation of a n/commission .
But Bablok does not care that the Supreme State Control is an independent institution, because it checks the government for expenses, tenders, assets, employment funds, social funds, loans and donations given by foreigners, that is, it checks whether the rulers steal or no.
Babloku aims for the SSC to be a puppet like the audit offices of the prime minister, the minister and the municipality, but through "langoi" Eduard Shalsi, he demands that the SSC not perform its constitutional duty.
Because it cannot allow the SSC to discover and prosecute the prime minister, ministers, mayors and directors who steal state funds and assets; who clean up the billions of smuggling, drug trafficking, weapons of prostitution with towers, resorts, banks, PPPs and monopolies; where Eranda Liçi, the second wife of Eduard Shalsi, serves as a "washer".
