It is not known how many years later, but it is known about the suspicious activity in Italy.
Artur Bushi was arrested in June 2010 by the Italian police, suspected of having ties to a cocaine trafficking organization.
Bush was released a month and a half later, while the case against him was dismissed and archived in 2011 by the Italian Prosecutor's Office.
In addition to this case, Artur Bushi also noted on the decriminalization form a 1996 arrest in Caserta, Italy, where he was released immediately after a verification.

However, concealment of income and fraud have been discovered from the wealth declarations made by him in the High Inspectorate of Wealth Declaration and Control, ILDKP from 2015, when he was elected for the first time as the head of the Municipality of Kruja with almost 55 per percent of votes, until 2018.
Income from the salary as mayor and payment as a member of the Durrës District Council for Artur Bushi have had an upward trend. These revenues from public functions amount to about 100 thousand lek per month.
But, from this statement, the Mayor of Kruja has unjustified wealth with declared resources in the amount of 1.1 million ALL in 2012 and 2.2 million ALL in 2013.

Several criminal reports have been referred to SPAK for the mayor of Kruja, Artur Bushi, a character with a dark past in Italy.
Bushi has been reported by various entities for corruption and abuse of office, for several episodes during the exercise of his duties as the mayor of Kruja.
Prapaskena learns that SPAK is verifying an alleged corruption affair of Arthur Bush with the distribution of housing for families who were left homeless after the November 2019 earthquake.
In this suspected affair, Artur Bushi was implicated through his brother, Ilir Bushi, who commands Thumana's unit with verbal orders and illegal influences.
Many families have made fictitious separations in civil status in order to unfairly benefit some housing, while other families have been excluded from the game.

Artur Bushi is also suspected of tender corruption and violation of equality in tenders. He allegedly dictated the tenders for a circle of his clients, sharing the profits with bags.
Another corrupt affair with an election background consists in the fictitious employment of hundreds of people in the five administrative units of the Kruje Municipality.
People have been hired without going to work a single day, the monthly salary is simply transferred to their account.

This number of employees only on paper is used as a vote bank and for polls.
