As it seems, this black hole, where millions of Euros have disappeared from the income of travelers, has created the fear of its discovery and has forced the two partners Sinan Idrizi and the Turkish Sinan Dilek to request the closure of the activity of the Bablok charter company.
An information from sources within the Ministry of Finance, which agrees the millions for the charter and is subordinate to the taxes of the CKB, informed "Pamfleti" that Sinan Idrizi and the Turkish Sinan Dilek as partners with 90% of the shares. have submitted the request for the merger of the company.
The Ministry of Infrastructure, which is a partner with 10% of the shares in the "Air Albania" company, has agreed with this request to close the activity; but since 5 years, in addition to the millions for the Bablok charter, it pays 2.5 million Euros per year for allegedly balancing losses and does not receive a penny of profit.
The scheme for the merger of the company "Air Albania" started in January 2023, when Sinan Idrizi, the Turk Sinan Dilek and Belinda Balluku registered it as a non-profit NGO, when in reality it has huge profits; while now they want to eliminate the traces of the theft of millions of Euros from the state budget.
