After SPAK called the businessman, former MP of the SP, Artan Gaçi, as a person under investigation for the robbery with false documents of 5512 m2 of land in Gjileka, Himara, on which he is building a resort, his wife, MP and former minister of the SP, Olta Xhaçka said: - We do everything with honesty and the sweat of our brow, we have not received any benefits or favors from the state.
However, Decision No. 3/9, dated July 15, 2021 of the Strategic Investments Committee chaired by Edi Ramën, states that the former minister Olta Xhaçka is deceiving, as she actually benefited not only from free state property land and beach, but also from financial favors of millions of lek.
Apart from the looted land of 5512 m2, for which the current husband of Olta Xhaçka is being investigated by SPAK; the government, or rather Babloku by his order and on behalf of the Strategic Investments Committee, has donated 5080 m2 of state land, completing the 10 thousand 592 m2 area where the construction of its "Dreamades Luxury Suites" resort has started.
The "honorable" Olta Xhacka says that she has not received any benefits from the state, but Bablok has also given her 8,000 m2 of public beach in front of the resort for free, with a term of use of 30 years and a rental price of 3 (three) lek/m2 per month. and with the condition that the Himarë Municipality and Coastal Agency clean the beach.
These are benefits, because the beaches are state property and are maintained by it, but they have been taken away from the citizens and given to Olta Xhaçka almost for free; which for 1 m2 of sand surface will pay rent 3 (three) lek/m2 per month, while 1 sunbed will be rented for 8-10 Euro per day.
But according to the government's decision, another financial benefit has been created for Olta Xhaçka, worth millions of lek losses in the state coffers.
For the resort permit of 10,500 m2 and for 8,000 m2 of beach area, she has paid 70,000 lek fee for administrative services and 15,000 lek fee for management of technical procedures, and will not pay any other tax for the 30 years of the permit as an "investor strategic".
In the following, we will publish another government decision changed within 3 months by Bablok, with a complete violation of the law in favor of the "Dreamades Luxury Suites" resort of Olta Xhaçka.
