Three years after the closure of the "Force of the Law" (OFL) activity, the government and the judiciary in cooperation with each other, in complete violation of the law on the preservation of special and secret documentation, have destroyed the archive of this anti-mafia operation.
This act was made in an agreement between 3 anti-crime institutions, specifically between the Police, the General Prosecutor's Office and SPAK, who created the OFL as a special anti-mafia structure, with the mission of seizing the assets of persons who have secured from criminal activities.
Only through envelopes delivered to the doors of OFL-listed persons, the seizure operation panicked the traffickers, smugglers, contract killers and corrupt officials who were contingent on the justice registers.
But despite the fact that the OFL was created without a time limit, with the objective of continuing until the seizure of every penny of the property of the people who secured it from criminal sources, after 11 months the operation was stopped and the OFL was dissolved without any public explanation.
While now, 3 years after the dissolution of that operation that did not seize the assets of the underworld, the 3 institutions that created OFL and directed the operation, decided to destroy its entire archive, where there were files and detailed data on every asset illegal.
In addition to the fact that many family members, friends and partners of politicians and high justice and police officials were not included in the lists, OFL leaders themselves began to remove from the seizure lists many traffickers and criminals with businesses, resorts and villas.

The OFL anti-mafia committee, consisting of the Minister of the Interior, Sandër Lleshaj as chairman and members the Prosecutor General, Olsian Çela and the Director of SPAK, Arben Kraja, did not make public any balance sheet of OFL's activity, but only a show of envelopes, which they sent at the doors of criminals with dark glasses.
Since the files were destroyed in the market by the institutions that ran the OFL, it is pointless to ask for investigations by the police, the SPAK prosecutor's office that disappeared them, with the motive that that operation carried out the mission of attacking the assets of the underworld.
