SPAK has also had cases where it has applied the anti-mafia law and confiscated property from entities dismissed from the evaluation process. There is room for improvement in the investigation. But who are the victims of SPAK? According to the statistics from the Independent Qualification Commission , from February 18, 2018 until today, the selection process has been carried out and decisions have been made by the Independent Qualification Commission for all 805 judges, prosecutors and legal assistants, as they were confirmed as having no problems. only 373. 268 magistrates were considered problematic by the KPK, in at least one of the pillars of the reevaluation, and were taken dismissal decisions. Of these 146 judges, 1 former judge in GJL; 116 prosecutors, 1 inspector at the HCJ and 4 legal assistants. While 105 others have left through resignation. The rest passed without a decision.
But many files have been appealed to the Special Appeal Board . According to the statistics provided by KPA , there are nearly 200 judges and prosecutors dismissed by final decision. From 2018 to 2023, 152 subjects were dismissed: - 92 judges; - 58 prosecutors; - 2 legal assistants. Meanwhile, during the year 2024, 42 people were dismissed.
