The crime was not carried out because the criminal group could not find Saimir Kodra. And for this, the criminal group has an explanation.
From the interceptions obtained by SPAK, the judge of Elbasan, Pajtime Fetahu, appears to have been involved in an attempt to take revenge on the host of the "Stop" show, Saimir Kodra. The latter has often denounced the corrupt issues of this judge in the investigative show broadcast on TV Klan.
One of the crime figures placed a SkyEcc phone at the disposal of the judge, who through this phone communicated with other crime figures, ordering the beating of journalist Kodra. The connection between the judge and the gang is made possible by her daughter, Megi Fetahu, who says that "mom was pleased when you told her that you would talk to you".
To carry out the criminal act, the judge engaged Endri and Klejdi Çopja.
Endri Çopja is a well-known character in the world of crime and part of Suel Çela's gang. Čopja is accused of the assassination attempt against Lulzim Kulla in January 2018, believed to be on account of Behar Bajri, since Kulla was considered a connection of the Lici and the brother-in-law of Fatbardh Lici, who was executed. Endri Çopja was part of the event of September 18, 2017, in Elbasan, where an armored car, under the suspected leadership of Suel Çela, hit the vehicle of the deputy director of the local police.
So, it is about a character with high social risk, engaged by judge Pajtime Fetahu to hit and possibly physically eliminate Saimir Kodra.

One of the members of the group, Marjus Lulaj, communicates with judge Fetahu, stating that "For the little one... it has nothing to do with burning cars. He may have burned the backs of Sajmir Stopi's family members, I'm sure of that hahaha. In fact, it is managed by good friends Endri and Kledi. Actually, I wanted to hurt Saimir directly. It was impossible, it was very guarded. The dog himself used to live in "Plaza", but I will catch him. What he has done to you, he will pay back 10-fold. You will forgive me for not doing much with him, because I know we are busy. Let's get through this wave, he will not forgive you, he will pay for what he did to you. My close friends Endri and Kledi have personally dealt with him".
Judge Pajtime Fetahu is concerned by the denunciations of her affairs from the show Stop. She warns the gang that she risks being suspended from office by these allegations and thus the group is left without her support in court.
According to the file, lawyer Arben Llogazi was targeted by judge Pajtime Fetahu in order to take revenge, whom the judge saw as a great danger as the key person who provided information to journalist Saimir Kodra about her affairs.
During the communications with Marjus Lulajn, part of Suel Çela's group, together with Endri and Klejdi Çopja, Pajtime Fetahu says that they should also consider the lawyer Arben Llangozi. The criminal group answers that lawyer Llangozi will end up like lawyer Ravik Gurra, who was executed in 2019 in the middle of Elbasan.
